- Quantify future opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
