Responsibilities
- Forecast industry shifts and societal impacts through quantitative modeling and qualitative trend analysis
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions in our innovation labs
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting models
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
