Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Anticipate global market disruptions and geopolitical shifts affecting technology adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with stakeholders to visualize 2026+ business landscapes
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2030 societal challenges
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology's impact on society/work by 2025
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term technology adoption
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI development, and climate tech trajectories
