- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with long-term business objectives
- Deliver compelling strategic narratives through executive workshops and thought leadership platforms
- Analyze complex datasets and cross-industry signals to forecast market evolution
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological and societal disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
