Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-era solutions in quantum computing, bio-integration, and climate resilience
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members at quarterly future-state symposiums
- Curate and maintain the Global Innovation Radar database tracking 500+ emerging technologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on horizon-scanning initiatives
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizations on 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend forecasting frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford)
