Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate uncertainty and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops and produce high-impact foresight reports
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFIP) required
