Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, biocomputing, climate AI) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Partner with policy advisors to shape ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members using immersive storytelling
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight research unit
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5-15 year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, TED talks, etc.)
