Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight models for AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Author white papers on societal implications of metaverse integration and decentralized governance
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human augmentation interfaces
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Present findings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published research on AI governance or sustainable tech adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Proficiency in predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
