Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to adapt to and lead future market disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 companies on long-term business resilience
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future economic models
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable roadmaps for product development
- Present findings to executive audiences and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
