Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030-era challenges
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards through compelling data narratives
- Establish foresight frameworks to quantify risks/opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Partner with R&D to validate commercial viability of breakthrough concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
