Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futurist insights into R&D, marketing, and operational planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise C-suite on adaptive strategies for AI ethics, climate resilience, and digital sovereignty
- Monitor horizon scanning KPIs and iterate strategic frameworks quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in tech, sustainability, or policy domains
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent portfolio
