- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Curate executive workshops on emerging technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-relevant R&D
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy implementation
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Experience with futures simulation tools and predictive modeling platforms
