Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Develop predictive models for market shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging industries
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year adoption curves
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital sovereignty
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
