Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports and present strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to access leading-edge research
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting long-term business planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
