Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual horizon scanning reports with actionable scenarios
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping tools
