Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready capabilities
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports and trend briefings

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruption patterns
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts

- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
