What You'll Do: Lead horizon scanning across biotech, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Translate complex data into strategic narratives that guide product development and investment decisions. Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026 lens
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging opportunities
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Maintain trend database and competitive intelligence ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of future-strategy projects with measurable impact
