Responsibilities
- Forecast industry trends and disruptive technologies through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ initiatives in AI governance, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic domains
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Represent the company at global forums on future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
