Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly trend reports with predictive modeling using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
- Design and implement innovation incubators for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, Web Summit, and exclusive industry roundtables
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology™
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience with Web3, neurotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
