Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Design multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in 2026+ contexts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify 2026-relevant startups
- Present findings to executive boards and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology roadmapping
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences in tech/finance sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
