- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation hubs
- Present futurist insights to investors and board members driving $500M+ R&D decisions
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies (neuro-privacy, AI alignment)
- Curate annual '2026 Horizon Report' disseminating foresight across 15 global offices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Track record of securing $10M+ innovation grants or venture funding
- Global network connections with futurist communities (WFSF, APF)
