Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through continuous trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to incubate emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services with global impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, Delphi method)
