Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for market disruption potential
- Design future-proof business models and operational blueprints for Fortune 500 partners
- Present trend forecasts and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of future-focused practitioners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP) or equivalent
