Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework for enterprise innovation
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and prioritize R&D investments
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development cycles
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for executive board and investor audiences
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy)
