Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum computing, bio-AI, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and trend briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic anticipation
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
