Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead a 12-person multidisciplinary team of futurists and engineers
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical autonomous system governance
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 and government entities
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE Global Technology Summits
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of 2026 innovations
- Drive adoption of synthetic biology protocols in healthcare systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years leading R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for DoD projects
