- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin) for disruptive signals
- Represent the company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
