Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports and thought leadership for industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-concept validation
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and market positioning
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
