Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for future product ecosystems and business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions and validate future concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
