Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal paradigms affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future insights
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Monitor global policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technology adoption
- Build and maintain a proprietary database of future scenarios and strategic options
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in innovation strategy, futurism consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
