As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their societal/business impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on future market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement early-warning systems for industry paradigm shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor groups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
