Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation by integrating future literacy into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in futurism, strategic planning, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, trend analysis)
- Experience with global trend analysis and cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
