Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 future scenarios across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on market evolution and disruptive threats
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Translate complex trend analysis into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Lead quarterly 'Horizon Scanning' workshops for senior leadership teams
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and media platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex systems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend impact analysis projects
