Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to map 2026's innovation landscape
- Design and implement future-proofing strategies across product development, operations, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop proprietary innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation maturity and track future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological and social signals
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite and board audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation frameworks or trend impact assessments
