Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact on market positioning
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership content positioning company as 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks required
