Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions with 3-5 year impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and adoption metrics
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or other exponential technologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) a plus
