Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Futurism (or equivalent portfolio)
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ patents
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic systems
- Fluency in predictive modeling for tech adoption curves
- Published author in Nature or IEEE journals
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA funding protocols
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing SDKs
