Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Curate annual 'Future State' innovation symposiums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
