Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps targeting high-impact future markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term vision
- Manage end-to-end R&D projects from concept to market validation
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation pods (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Drive patent portfolio development for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or relevant field
- 5+ years in innovation management or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Strong background in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable impact
