Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate resilience systems)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of AI researchers, bioengineers, and space exploration specialists
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Forge alliances with NASA, DARPA, and global sustainability initiatives
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Present breakthrough concepts at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on future-facing technologies (2019-2023)
- Track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and international consortium funding
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Julia) and ML frameworks
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across 5+ time zones
