Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional sprints on emerging tech (quantum, AI ethics, biointegration, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Present strategic futures to investors and board members
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, Web3, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Portfolio of 2025-2026 trend forecasts with 80%+ accuracy
