Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate, and accessibility
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning company as future-shaper
- Build and mentor a dedicated futures research team with diverse expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
