Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development of futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech disruptors
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Champion design thinking methodologies for next-gen user experiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Strong background in agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation commercialization successes
