Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions (metaverse, AGI, quantum applications)
- Design innovation sprints for clients in healthcare, logistics, and sustainable energy sectors
- Author whitepapers on emerging tech societal impacts (Web4.0, Neural Interfaces, Climate Tech)
- Curate quarterly Future Forward Summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and critical future literacy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused roadmaps in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state implementations with measurable ROI
- Fluency in future simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Gartner Hype Cycle Analytics)
