- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation hubs
- Develop foresight frameworks to anticipate socio-technological shifts and competitive threats
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual innovation funding portfolio
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, with documented impact on technology adoption cycles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Portfolio of implemented innovation frameworks or published foresight research
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive narratives
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Global network in innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
