- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market disruption potential
- Drive strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital investors
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab focused on exponential technologies
- Launch 3+ commercial ventures from concept to market within 24 months
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/future journals
- Proficiency in emerging tech stack: Python, TensorFlow, AWS, and quantum computing frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global enterprises and startups
