Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing complex adaptive systems (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Published work on 2026+ technological forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking and game theory applications
- Portfolio showcasing speculative design projects
