Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Translate complex futures research into strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at industry conferences
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Design and implement AI-powered trend prediction systems
- Champion ethical foresight frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated experience publishing futures research in peer-reviewed journals or industry reports
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
