Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2026
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for clients facing disruptive technological shifts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and data visualization
- Produce executive-ready foresight briefings and strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams on innovation pipeline development
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Pioneer new research methodologies for long-term trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Demonstrated understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Portfolio showing 2026+ trend forecasting projects
