- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Build and manage innovation pipelines with measurable KPIs for adoption and ROI
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong network within tech startups, academia, and research institutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
